Do you offer payment plans?
I accept payment through Affirm, which is a finance company offering installment plans.
Do you do Pro Bono work?
Yes, however I do not take pro bono cases directly and assist in these matter through local bar associations like the Houston Bar Association.
Do you handle family cases?
I do not handle family law matters. However, I am able to assist with issues involving real estate, property, or business interests that may arise in connection with a family-related situation.
How are your fees structured?
The fee structure depends on the circumstances of the client’s need. For certain projects with a defined scope, I can offer flat fees. However, most matters are handled on an hourly basis, particularly where the duration or outcome is uncertain, such as litigation or other time-intensive work. In some cases, contingency arrangements may be considered, although that is less common in real estate matters.
What areas do you serve?
I represent clients throughout Texas. While I am based in Houston and primarily serve the greater Southeast Texas area, depending on the nature of the matter, I am able to assist clients in all 254 counties throughout across the state due to the increased adoption of virtual communication in business and in court proceedings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept most forms of payment, credit card, debit card, cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, zelle, venmo, paypal, bitcoin, and affirm.
Where are you located?
My office is located in downtown Houston. In-person meetings are available by appointment, and I also offer phone and virtual consultations.
Do you handle lawsuits?
Yes. I represent clients in civil litigation matters in Justice, County, and District Courts, including both for plaintiffs and defendants, depending on the client’s needs.

I handle a variety of matters involving real estate, business, estate planning, and civil litigation, including issues related to ownership, contracts, and landlord–tenant disputes.
